In this engaging role, you will play a key part in ensuring a friendly and respectful chat environment for players on our online gaming platform. Responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations to ensure adherence to community guidelines and foster respectful communication among players.
• Actively engage with players by responding to their questions and facilitating enjoyable discussions.
• Quickly identify and address any instances of inappropriate behavior or language in real-time.
• Provide support to players by assisting with their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Work collaboratively with the game development team to enhance community initiatives and gather player feedback.
• Report on player interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements for enhancing the gaming community.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of gaming culture.
• Prior experience in chat moderation, community management, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to manage challenging situations with grace while promoting a positive environment.
• A deep passion for gaming and familiarity with popular online gaming platforms.
• Experience with chat moderation tools and community engagement techniques is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours to align with peak gaming activity periods.
