Responsibilities

• Assist Finnish-speaking clients with inquiries related to entertainment services, events, and bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service through various platforms including phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve issues related to bookings and address any client concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions for quality assurance and follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery based on client feedback.
• Stay informed about ongoing events and trends in the entertainment industry to better assist clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or the entertainment sector is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in entertainment and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software or booking systems is desirable.
