Responsibilities

• Build and maintain solid relationships with Finnish-speaking enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering expert advice and support throughout the client journey.
• Identify and understand clients' business goals to create tailored strategies that align with their specific needs.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and adapt services accordingly.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to inform enhancements in service delivery and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is a must; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in client management, consulting, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities to address client challenges effectively.
• Adept at navigating complex business environments and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering value to clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in enterprise consulting is preferred.
