Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality email support to Finnish-speaking clients, ensuring efficient and thorough responses to inquiries.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues based on their requests and feedback.
• Clearly articulate solutions and provide guidance to help customers effectively address their concerns.
• Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain records in the support system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve support quality and tackle ongoing challenges.
• Stay updated on product information and changes to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong written communication skills for effective engagement with clients via email.
• Prior experience in customer service or email support roles is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is beneficial.
