Finnish Speaking E-commerce Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through email, phone, and chat, focusing on e-commerce questions.
• Assist customers with order inquiries, product details, and payment-related issues.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Guide customers through product offerings, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve complex customer concerns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer service processes is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is beneficial.
