• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Finnish-speaking subscribers.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, technical issues, and service usage.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and provide effective solutions.
• Educate customers about available features and help them navigate the platform.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues for future reference.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
