Finnish Speaking Customer Loyalty Advisor

In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our Finnish-speaking customers, focusing on building strong relationships and enhancing customer loyalty. Your ability to communicate fluently in Finnish will be essential as you address inquiries, resolve issues, and recommend additional services tailored to customer needs. Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with Finnish-speaking customers to drive loyalty and retention.
• Engage proactively with customers to assess satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
• Recommend and promote additional services and products that meet customer interests.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to guide continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience.
• Monitor trends in customer feedback to help shape engagement strategies and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management.
• Prior experience in customer service or loyalty-focused roles is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated while also being able to work cooperatively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is a plus.
