Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and effective assistance.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing personalized solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
• Guide customers through our products and services, helping them navigate any challenges.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing service enhancements.
• Collaborate with teammates to share insights and improve customer engagement practices.
• Stay informed about product updates and company developments to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• Experience with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
