Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Quickly respond to customer queries with accurate information and support.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Guide customers through our product offerings and assist them in making informed decisions.
• Log customer interactions and maintain records for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools is advantageous.
