Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Assist customers with questions regarding our products and services.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
• Document customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about product knowledge to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Experience in a customer support role or similar environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and care.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous.
