In this essential position, you will be the main contact for our corporate clients who speak Finnish, providing them with exceptional support and tailored solutions. Your fluency in Finnish will be critical in helping to resolve inquiries and strengthen relationships with clients. Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for Finnish-speaking corporate clients, ensuring top-tier service.
• Respond to client inquiries via various communication channels, providing timely and accurate information.
• Efficiently address and resolve client issues to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
• Educate clients on our products and services, enhancing their overall experience.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and feedback for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and support.
• Stay current with industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with corporate products and services is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools is an advantage.
