Finnish Speaking Client Relations Specialist

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for engaging with our Finnish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional support. You will serve as the primary contact, managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Finnish-speaking clients, delivering exceptional support and efficiently managing inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and expectations.
• Promptly address and resolve client concerns and issues in a professional manner.
• Conduct follow-ups to gauge client satisfaction and inform them about new offerings or updates.
• Document client interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and address client feedback.
• Stay informed about market trends and company services to effectively assist clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or account management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on achieving client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and client management tools is a benefit.
