Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to business operations and support services.
• Effectively resolve customer issues to improve satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our support system.
• Identify potential areas for improvement in service delivery and recommend actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required, along with a good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in business support or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards assisting customers is essential.
