Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers seeking automotive advice and services.
• Respond to inquiries about vehicle maintenance, repairs, and available service options.
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and clarifying service procedures.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Educate customers on service packages, warranties, and promotions to maximize their benefit.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and service requests.
• Work closely with service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service; experience within the automotive sector is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and services is beneficial.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
