Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Assist customers with flight booking, modifications, and cancellations.
• Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and services.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in our database.
• Work together with other departments to enhance customer service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Prior experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.
• Capacity to manage stressful situations professionally.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A love for travel and an understanding of airline operations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with customer service software and flight reservation systems is an advantage.
