Financial Services Oracle Fusion HCM Associate Partner: Must live near major US Airport

Engagement Delivery
===================
- Meet annual managed revenue targets as established by practice leadership
- Developing integrated project management plans, managing deadlines and dependencies across initiatives, and coordination of project team activities
- Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones
- Setting and controlling scope
- Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
- Estimating project skill requirements, and then working with resource deployment managers to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team
- Overall team management, including regular evaluations and staff development
- Project financial management
- Risk management
- Ability to identify potential clients and define and propose solutions to clients.
- Refining and further developing the HCM SaaS go-to-market approach for FSS
- Development intellectual capital and tools / accelerators around HCM SaaS solutions

Sales & Business Development
===========================
- Meet annual signings (sales) targets as established by practice leadership
- Develop solutions, as part of sales process, to meet prospective client needs
- Collaborate with other sales professionals to generate and develop leads
- Lead pursuit teams from qualification through closure (including contract negotiation and execution)
- Working with the go-to-market teams to identify and qualify prospects
- Building and managing alliance relationships with our strategic vendors

People/Practice Management
==========================
- Serve as 1st Line Manager for a group of Fusion and / or Workday practitioners
- Assist in annual performance evaluation process and annual compensation process for direct reports
- Assist in the recruitment of staff

Required

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in Oracle project management
• At least 2 years experience in Functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications
• At least 5 years experience in business development
• Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
• English: Basic knowledge

Preferred

• Master's Degree
• At least 8 years experience in Oracle project management
• At least 5 years experience in Functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications
• At least 8 years experience in business development
• English : Intermediate
