- Experience with Data analysis through use of self-developed queries. Experience with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra.
- Experience in Earned Value Management (EVMS) and developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
- Experience with formal CPR (Cost Performance Report) / IPMR (Integrated Program Management Report) Reporting
