• Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures under IFRS and US GAAP, and compile sustainability disclosures aligned with applicable ESG reporting requirements.
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc internal reporting packages that support management and business stakeholders.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including data collection, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and system uploads.
• Review and validate the accuracy and completeness of subsidiary‑level financial data, workbooks, and reporting packages.
• Analyze financial and non‑financial content for quarterly earnings releases, slide decks, investor‑related documents, and AGM materials.
• Review annual financial statements in XBRL and ESEF formats to ensure compliance and quality.
• Maintain strong internal controls and SOX compliance through complete documentation, precise reconciliations, and careful proofreading.
