Financial Operations Manager

Now Hiring: Financial Operations Manager to join our awesome team, ensuring seamless operational and financial processes for our global marketplace.

Location: Europe, preferably in Lisbon. Can work and align schedule with PST.

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

• Assess the profitability of the supply side of the marketplace and propose improvements

• Process payments to vendors (work with invoices and their accounts)

• Create and improve dashboards with key metrics

• Manage corporate cards and expenses

• Facilitate accounting with the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns

• Develop and manage the company’s financial plan and budget (forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow to ensure the company operates within its financial means)

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks

• Manage company subscriptions

• Coordinate legal tasks and prepare investor reports

• Prepare ad-hoc reports based on demand

🧑‍🚀 About You:

• Have 1+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or Business Analyst with a financial background

• Know the key B2B marketplace financial metrics

• Have a business or economics education

• Understand US tax regulations and how to run finances for US companies

• Are a pro at Excel and Google Sheets

• Like startups and are interested in entrepreneurship

• Have fluent English (writing and speaking)

• Are located in Europe (preferably Lisbon)

• B2B startup experience

• Big 4 background

• SQL and QuickBooks knowledge
