About the Role

Responsible to review distribution channel’s campaign scheme and cost, channel compensation, and provide the update in the channel profitability’s forecasting.

• Ensuring distribution channel’s marketing campaign cost and benefit are acceptable to meet the financial target. Proposing changes of scheme, terms and conditions if needed.
• Perform risk and financial assessment on the proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation.
• Ensure proper checking and testing of new/updated compensation in system.
• Update the channel profitability’s forecasting on regular basis and highlight potential actions to meet the financial target.
• Liaise with various departments to get data, insight or understanding when assessing campaigns or reviewing finance material to be presented to EXCO.
• Ensure all deliverables are delivered in timely manner and accurately.
