  • High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience in healthcare or other multi-site consumer environments
  • Experience implementing or optimising finance systems
  • Exposure to private equity or scaling organisations

  • The opportunity to help build and evolve a high‑performing finance function within a fast‑growing, premium healthcare group
  • Autonomy and ownership, with the ability to shape processes, controls, and systems as the business scales
  • A collaborative, respectful culture that values clarity, integrity, and calm communication
  • Exposure to multi‑site operations, expansion, and integration activity, supporting professional development and career progression
  • Flexible working arrangements, with part‑time or full‑time options available
  • Competitive remuneration aligned with experience, contribution, and impact
  • A purpose‑driven organisation where financial excellence supports outstanding patient care
  • Access to mentorship, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous learning opportunities
  • The satisfaction of working in a values‑led business that prioritises quality, accountability, and long‑term sustainability
