Financial Controller

Job Description

• Lead all financial activities in Taiwan, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while partnering with business leaders to drive performance, optimize outcomes, and support sustainable growth.
• Oversee financial accounting and reporting integrity, ensuring compliance with local statutory and IFRS requirements. Manage core finance functions including credit, treasury, tax, company secretarial, capital structure, and internal controls, and partnering with shared service teams to manage AR, AP and Collection activities.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Monitor performance, deliver variance analysis, and support scenario planning and business case evaluation to enable informed decision-making.
• Partner with Business Controller and commercial teams to enhance revenue, margin, and working capital through actionable financial insights. Provide clear financial evaluation and decision support for key business initiatives.
• Lead projects and drive continuous improvement in processes, controls, and team effectiveness.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, supporting engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with Shared Services to ensure strong financial control, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
