We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations, manage all accounting systems, and establish business processes that enhance transparency and drive accountability. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiencies. As a key financial leader, you will collaborate with the executive team to provide strategic insights and implement best-in-class accounting practices.

This role will be pivotal in optimizing our financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiencies. As a key financial leader, you will collaborate with the executive team to provide strategic insights and implement best-in-class accounting practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global accounting team, fostering efficiency and collaboration
- Oversee financial operations and systems, including NetSuite integration and optimization
- Develop and implement GAAP-compliant policies and procedures (familiar with revenue recognition standards)
- Enhance financial processes by implementing internal controls and improving operational efficiencies
- Prepare and review financial statements for international entities, ensuring accuracy and best practices
- Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reconciliation
- Oversee and optimize cash conversion cycle, including invoicing, billing, and collections
- Assist in compliance with international tax regulations, VAT/GST, and statutory requirements for each entity
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to drive company growth
- CPA certification (Required)
- NetSuite expertise (Required)
- 5+ years of GAAP accounting experience
- Strong background in financial reporting and compliance
- Critical thinker with problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Resilient and adaptable, able to navigate change and drive continuous improvement
- Ability to leverage technology for automation and efficiency improvements
- Demonstrated people skills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships at all level
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- M&A experience (nice to have): acquisition due diligence, integration, and purchase accounting
- In-office presence required 5 days/week.
- Compensation: base salary, varied depending on skills and experience, plus 15-25% bonus.
