You will be supporting strategic decision making, optimize resource allocation, and drive organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
As a Finance Business Partner to a Global Operations Support Group, you will support the organization as follows:
  • Drive for best-in-class operations cost by understanding competitive benchmarks, installing financial rigor into project performance reviews, and driving accountability throughout the organization
  • Support the Budget process and budget the necessary resources for the organization (headcount, capex, spends) while ensuring that resource allocation is optimized
  • Review of organizational financial performance in PowerBI on a monthly cadence and direct management to cost opportunities and efficiencies
  • Partner with finance and operations customers to develop and implement new systems and processes such as PowerBI to improve efficiency and meet changing business needs
  • Provide strategic decision-making analysis, scenarios and project-ROIs and benefit-analysis as required, propose alternatives, and make recommendations about the best course of action. Process includes post mortem & lookback for all ROIs
  • Develop highly effective working relationships with members of the local and global Finance teams, the Global Operations team, as well as HR Business Partners.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Strategy, or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred). Candidates with non-Finance background but with a keen interest in Finance Business Partnering are welcomed.
  • Intellectually curious, with a high energy level, growth mindset and passion for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
  • Capable of performing under tight deadlines and in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA)
  • Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Experience with advance data analytical & visualization tools (Python, Power BI, SQL) and benchmarking is a plus
