Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Golf Technology platform team which consists of Bushnell Golf, Foresight Sports, PinSeeker and GolfLogix.

The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This position is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial insights to help drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, FP&A and is based in San Diego, CA.

As the FP&A Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

• Perform variance analysis and identify trends to support business performance reviews.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers.

• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
