We are now looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team and support our strategic and financial planning initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support
  • Evaluate past, present, and future performance.
  • Perform variance analysis to highlight deviations between actual and projected outcomes.
  • Prepare reports, projections, and financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
  • Develop presentations and insights for senior management.
  • Study and interpret business and economic trends to support decision making.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Identify financial performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support cost-reduction initiatives and revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Work with cross-departmental teams (e.g., sales, operations) to analyze financial performance and align strategy.
  • Prepare and communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ Years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in financial concepts, financial modeling, and mathematics.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and conduct ratio analysis.
  • Experience with analytics tools, and data visualization software.
  • Strong computer skills, including forecasting and financial analysis software.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data-driven environments.
