How will you make an impact in this role? Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. - This position is a key member of the Global Membership Rewards Center of Excellence. The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team responsible for calculating and ensuring the accuracy of rewards expense/liabilities, data analysis, and reporting of key rewards program financial drivers. This position will work closely with members of the Global Rewards Finance team as well other various groups to support the control and integrity of accounting for the International MR program. This is a unique opportunity to work within one of the core parts of the American Express business and brand.
