Finance Specialist (M/F/D)
Location: Salzburg / AT, Hybrid (office: 2days per week)
Languages: German, English

ALLPLAN enables architecture, engineering, and construction professionals to transform project delivery by connecting teams and data throughout the entire lifecycle. We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee risk management, the internal control system, and corporate sustainability reporting at ALLPLAN. Your primary mission will be to further strengthen and institutionalize financial governance across all entities and regions.

The Finance Manager supports regional organizations in various finance-related matters, drives process harmonization and standardization, and manages dedicated projects. Additionally, you will act as deputy for key central team functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strengthen financial governance at ALLPLAN by collaborating closely with key stakeholders within ALLPLAN and the Nemetschek Group.
  • Serve as the Local ICS Coordinator for ALLPLAN, ensuring the internal control system operates effectively and efficiently.
  • Lead the collection, preparation, and reporting of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data in line with legal requirements and internal group sustainability standards (e.g., CSRD/ESRS).
  • Oversee the quarterly Risk and Opportunity Reporting process.
  • Support the local (Finance) teams on all finance-related topics, acting as a key liaison between global and regional entities.
  • Contribute to the harmonization, standardization, and ongoing improvement of finance-related processes across all regions.
  • Drive the rollout of global finance projects within the regions, ensuring consistent alignment with overall group standards and objectives.
  • Act as deputy for selected central functions within the Finance team, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.


PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
  • Several years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably within an international or matrix organization; experience in consulting (e.g., Big Four) is also highly valued.
  • In-depth understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing or contributing to cross-regional or global finance initiatives.
  • Proven track record in driving process harmonization and standardization across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and internal control systems (ICS).
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
  • Highly structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach combined with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Fluency in English and German.
