Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis for Abbott Nutrition Taiwan.

This role partners closely with commercial and functional leaders to drive business decisions, ensure financial control, and deliver insights that support growth and profitability. The position also provides leadership to team and serves as a key business partner to Finance Director.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes (Plan/RLBE), including P&L, balance sheet, and capital planning.

• Partner with Commercial and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, budget management, and business case support.

• Monitor business performance, profitability, and margins, driving actions to achieve financial commitments.

• Manage and develop a team of 2 finance professionals through coaching and guidance.

• Support corporate, division, and area reporting requirements and ad hoc financial requests.

• Lead or participate in strategic and operational finance projects.

• Act as backup to Finance Director and provide day-to-day finance support.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 10+ years of finance experience in a multinational company.

• Strong FP&A, business partnering, and financial analysis capabilities.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.

• Proven experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
