Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Finance in managing and supervising daily accounting operations.
  • Manage the hotel's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Prepare regular financial summaries and detailed reports for management
  • Formulate strategic and long-term business plans
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
  • Develop financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risk
  • Supervise the preparation of all statutory and compliance filing
  • Coordinate with other departments to support overall financial objectives
  • Analyze and control expenditure and suggest improvements
  • Support the Director of Finance in managing and supervising daily accounting operations.
  • Participate as a member of management in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans, and advise on the Financial, Administrative and legal implications of all matters being implemented and reviewed.
  • Establish or recommend to management major economic objectives, strategies aimed at cost minimization and maximization of revenue opportunities and evaluate the impact of business decisions where necessary
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel or hospitality finance with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Fluent in Thai & English both written and spoken, familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., SUN), and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
