WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year (preferably available for 40 hours per week) 
  • Proficient English speaker 
  • Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong communication skills
  • Analytical and logical 
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage

 

WHAT WE OFFER YOU?

  • In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?  

As an Intern in the Salaries & Wages Team, you will: 

  • Support the team in managing employment cost-related data and documentation
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing accruals and reconciliations for employment cost accounts
  • Participate in variance analysis and reporting activities under guidance
  • Learn to analyze employment costs including social security and personal income taxes
  • Gain exposure to international mobility processes and employment cost accounting practices
  • Contribute to ongoing projects by identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different countries and departments
  • Develop your skills in a dynamic, multinational environment with real impact on business operations  

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
