We are seeking for bright university students to join our Internship Program - Finance. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific apprenticeship project.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Development of uniform NWC month-end reporting
• Accurate and timely accrual posting for selected Asia affiliates
• Recommendations for enhancing NWC dashboards and reporting structure
• Standardization guidelines for monthly and Year-End accrual processes 

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Undergraduate students with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Good communication, structured problem-solving, with eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Additional note: As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an on-site assessment in Surabaya.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Location: Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
• Duration: 6 months
• Estimate Join Date: early September 2026
