Here’s the Deal:
We’re seeking an experienced Finance Executive with strong leadership, analytical, and business partnering capabilities. You’ll be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring accuracy in reporting, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple finance functions—ranging from FP&A and Controlling to Accounting, Treasury, and Compliance.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, providing key insights that enhance profitability and operational efficiency. This role demands strategic thinking, solid financial acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to drive continuous improvement in a global and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Drive process optimization and automation across finance functions
• Manage budget control, cost analysis, and variance reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and local regulations
• Support audits, risk assessments, and governance reviews
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities
• Contribute to strategic projects, including transformation initiatives and global alignment
• Coach and mentor team members to build financial and analytical capabilities
The Basics:
• Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Years of Experience: 7+ years in Finance, with at least 3 in a leadership or managerial role
• Software: Advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Technical Skills: Financial reporting, P&L management, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, compliance
• English Level: B2–C1 (Professional fluency required)
