Finance Controlling Analyst

Provide monthly closing support including journal entry preparation, account analysis and reconciliation, financial reporting to Finance and Operations Management

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Provide monthly closing support including journal entry preparation, account analysis and reconciliation, financial reporting to Finance and Operations Management
• Support for monitoring operations activities (i.e. Production supplies, Repair & Maintenance spending and usage) to provide in a timely manner information for decision making to control cost
• Support on plant financial forecast in a quarterly basis within finance and operation teams
• Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing weekly actual results vs forecast
• Assist on Identify and effectively implement process improvements to streamline closing and report preparation

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Advanced English skills are mandatory in both verbal and writing
• Experience of financial analyst/cost accountant is required in a manufacturing environment
• Proactive contributor being passionate about profit to understand details and the ability to effectively develop and present financial information to Senior Management
• Excellent communication skills across all levels, from production floor to Top Management team
• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or similar
• High competence level with IT tools, e.g. SAP, Excel
