Finance Business Advisory Manager

You will partner closely with business teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy. This role focuses on financial analysis, business case evaluation, and driving profitability through data-driven recommendations.
 

You will be responsible for the following:

• Partner with business teams on financial analysis, commercial reviews, and business case development

• Review projects post-implementation to assess performance and impact

• Provide clear insights that connect financial results to business strategies and initiatives

• Support decision-making by giving recommendations that improve profitability and align with company goals

• Work closely with the financial reporting team to ensure accurate recording of business activities

• Collaborate with budget and management reporting teams to align financial targets, KPIs, costs, and revenues
   

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, treasury, budgeting, accounting, or audit

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Nice to have: CMA, CFA, MBA, or CPA
