As an Auxilian, you’ll gain firsthand experience in financial analysis, operational optimization, and advanced AI tools while working with innovative leaders. This apprenticeship-centric role is fully remote, letting you live wherever you prefer while building expertise in cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Finance with financial management tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Assist with operational workflows to improve efficiency across finance and business processes.

• Use advanced tools like Notion and Google Workspace to manage tasks and data.

• Provide insights and analysis to inform strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

• CFA, CIMA, or similar finance/accounting qualifications (or in progress).

• Familiarity with financial management, accounting, or operational workflows.

• Experience with collaborative tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.

• Passion for continuous improvement and efficiency in finance and operations.
