We are looking for a motivated Finance & Administration Intern who wants to learn how a modern Finance & Administration function is built from the ground up, working directly alongside our Head of Finance & Administration.
This is a 6-month extracurricular internship, with the possibility of extending it for an additional 6 months and a clear objective of long-term employment.
What you'll do
You will support the Finance & Administration team in its daily activities while progressively taking ownership of operational tasks.
Your activities will include:
- Supporting active and passive invoicing
- Assisting with accounting and administrative processes
- Organising and maintaining company documentation
- Supporting HR administrative activities (onboarding, documentation, training records, etc.)
- Updating and maintaining internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Working with digital tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Harvest and QuickBooks
- Supporting process improvement initiatives
- Helping maintain an organised and efficient administrative function
What you'll learn

You won't spend six months making photocopies.
You'll actively contribute to building the operational foundations of a growing company.
Requirements

We're looking for attitude.
You are someone who:
- Is organised and naturally detail-oriented
- Enjoys creating order where there is complexity
- Likes documenting processes and improving how things work
- Is curious and eager to learn
- Takes responsibility rather than waiting for instructions
- Is comfortable using digital tools
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Speaks fluent Italian and has a good level of English
Nice to have
- Studies or background in Administration, Finance, Accounting or Business
- Has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and how financial statements are structured, even without hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Previous internship or administrative experience
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and productivity software
