We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance and Accounts Officer to oversee financial operations, reporting, statutory compliance, and financial planning activities. This role is ideal for finance professionals with a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance who are passionate about driving financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed business decision-making.
As a Finance and Accounts Officer, you will manage end-to-end accounting operations while partnering with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights, budgeting support, and performance analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening financial controls, optimizing cash flow, and supporting strategic financial planning in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial record accuracy.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, management reports, and business performance dashboards.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and internal and external audit requirements.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, treasury activities, and liquidity management to ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
- Support Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) by providing actionable financial insights and business recommendations.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, and process governance.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and operational performance through automation and best practices.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Corporate Finance.
- CA with MBA, or MBA in Finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proven expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Bookkeeping, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience preparing financial statements, management reports, and business performance analysis.
- Understanding of treasury operations, working capital management, and internal financial controls.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, finance applications, and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across finance, business, and external partners.
- Experience in software, SaaS, professional services, or technology-driven organizations, along with prior team management exposure, is an added advantage.
