CEO Lawyer is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm headquartered in downtown Atlanta. We are known for our innovative approach to legal services and our commitment to operational excellence.

As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst / Power BI Specialist to support our finance and operations team. This role will assist with dashboard development, financial reporting, and data modeling, while also taking on operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain
  • Power BI dashboards to visualize financial and operational data  
  • Perform advanced Excel modeling and analysis to support decision-making  
  • Assist with expense verification and other finance-related tasks  
  • Analyze and interpret Balance Sheets and Income Statements  
  • Support treasury operations and financial planning  
  • Maintain and reconcile data in QuickBooks Online  
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data  
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Power BI dashboard development  
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling  
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and business acumen  
  • Ability to perform mathematical analysis with attention to detail  
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is a strong plus  
  • Familiarity with treasury tools and processes is a plus  
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills  
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
