Job Title: Finance Analyst - Accounting & Controlling

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid)

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Collecting, sorting, and recording incoming invoices (active work on the PU - SEF portal), as well as other accounting documentation.
• Familiarity with local accounting regulations.
• Working with banks, handling domestic and foreign payments, and creating a payment list.
• Monitoring and maintaining records of paid incoming invoices in the ERP system.
• Monthly closing of the AP module in the ERP system.
• Tracking T&E expense reports, verifying correctness, and closing T&E reports in the ERP system, as well as monitoring refunds to employees.
• Participating in the preparation of VAT returns, preparing FI, and assisting in audits.
• Participating in other administrative/accounting tasks as instructed by the manager.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in similar positions
• Excel (advanced)
• Oracle (ERP system).
