Job Description

  • Strong knowledge and application of accounting skills to vendor and employee payment processing.
  • Accuracy and quality focus for vendor and employee payment processing deliverables.
  • Ensure vendor and employee payment processing transactions are processed with adherence to SOX business controls, country local legal requirement, Agilent’s financial policies and guidelines.
  • Review the sufficiency of process documentation, developing and updating process documentation.
  • Able to communicate and attend to vendors, employees and bank’ calls and emails; ensure proper follow-up until closure.
  • Involve and support vendor and employee payment processing projects not limited to process improvements but any ad-hoc project.
  • Able to work closely within and cross team in Accounts Payable to build up strong working relationship and in delivering Accounts Payable priorities.
  • Be responsible for closing any audit issues, both internal & external audits and SOX related audits.
  • Ensure proper & timely escalation of issues to supervisor or management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting Information Systems, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in MNCs.
  • Self-starter, flexible, ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross teams.
  • Added advantage experience with digital tools e.g. AI, Excel, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft 365, SAP and etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, strong sense of business controls and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present data findings to diverse audiences.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging AI and intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency, strengthen data analytics, and deliver meaningful dashboard insights that enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
