Your Day-to-Day

• Lead month-end closing and review financial entries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across all entities.
• Oversee the preparation and review of Balance Sheet and P&L reports for audit, tax, and management purposes across Indonesian and Malaysian entities.
• Manage group consolidation, including consolidated cash flow reporting and monthly cost allocation across entities.
• Oversee daily sales, cash collection, payment, and bank reconciliation processes across brands, locations, and payment channels.
• Lead the end-to-end annual audit process and oversee tax compliance, tax forecasting, and statutory reporting in Indonesia.
• Supervise Malaysian entity accounting operations while leading and developing the Accounting, AP, AR, and Tax teams to ensure strong financial controls and operational efficiency.
  

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA / CA / Brevet A&B an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years' progressive experience with a track record in a managerial role.
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting.
• Proven hands-on experience with ERP systems — NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing external audits and leading a finance team.
