Filipino / Arabic Patient Coordinator for Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai

Ontime Group is looking for a dedicated and personable Filipino / Western Patient Coordinator to join our aesthetic clinic team in Dubai. This role involves managing patient interactions and ensuring smooth coordination of appointments for our diverse clientele. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and supporting the clinic’s operations to provide an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Filipino and Western patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Provide detailed information about aesthetic treatments, procedures, and clinic policies
• Coordinate communication between patients and medical professionals
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
• Maintain and update patient records accurately
• Support the administrative functions of the clinic to ensure smooth operations
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to assess satisfaction and address any needs

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Filipino language is a plus
• Experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic environment preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced clinic setting
