Seeking experienced Steel Fixers for WA FIFO Mining Sector - Construction roles; 2:1 or 3:1 rosters from Perth.

• Long term opportunities, ongoing work, stability
• Salary Sacrifice available for flights from east coast. East Coast flights are not included - travel allowance option
• Steel Fixing: Minimum 4 years' experience, similar positions
• Earthmoving tickets & all rounder experience in formwork and concrete - advantageous
• Scope of works: Crusher construction or similar highly regarded

About Us:

Flanco are a growing civil construction company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division.

Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.

Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.

We are seeking experienced Steel Fixers with all rounder skills to join our crews.

About You:

• Experience in a similar role
• Steel Fixing: Minimum 4 years experience
• Earthmoving tickets & all rounder experience formwork, concrete - advantageous
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License. HR license preferred but not essential.
• White Card
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
