• Manage site access control and traffic flow
• Conduct mobile and foot patrols, including vehicle and bag inspections
• Perform drug and alcohol testing in line with site protocols
• Issue and manage security passes, keys, and building access
• Monitor radio communications, respond to incidents, and support emergency procedures
• Deliver high-level customer service and observe driver behaviours
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic logs and reports

• SA Security Licence - Sponsorship for eligible successful applicants
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• SA Driver's Licence ability to drive manual
• Willing to complete or already hold HLTPAT005 - Collect Specimens for Drug Testing Course costs covered by MSS Security for successful applicants
• Availability to work a rotational roster (days, nights, weekends) 7 days on 7 days off
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills for reporting and documentation
• Willing to be sent for a full medical assessment
