Field technicians provide support in several tasks of varying complexity and may be qualified in various fields including archaeology, history, architectural history, historic architecture, historic landscape architecture, and other related disciplines. Minimum qualification will be identified in the task order may include no prior experience as long as the technician is supervised by appropriately qualified personnel.

Education, field school, and/or professional employment may be necessary for some task orders. Appropriate educational and professional experience levels will be identified in the task order.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
