What You´ll Do

• Support customers during testing, integration, and operation of electronic and navigation systems
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting both remotely and on-site
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of electronic modules, sensors, and communication interfaces
• Work with specialized measuring equipment and calibration software
• Develop and execute testing procedures for electronic components, boards, and systems
• Analyze and report testing and performance data
• Read and apply technical documentation, diagrams, and engineering instructions
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements
• Support installation and configuration activities for navigation systems and related components
• Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance, repairs, and service activities
• Travel to customer locations when required for technical support and field operations

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Practical experience with electronic equipment, diagnostics, or technical support
• Understanding of navigation technologies and electronic communication systems
• Experience working with testing, measuring, or calibration instruments
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics
• Hands-on skills with hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and safe handling of electronic systems
• Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or related fields is considered an advantage
