Field Service Technician

For our Czech Republic team, we are looking for a Field Service Technician who will focus on installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing Kardex technical products and systems onsite at our customer field locations.

Your tasks

• Performing a variety of maintenance and technical support services for our company's installed products and equipment
• Apply Health and Safety rules and ensure delivery of high-quality services
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions
• Determining when products should be upgraded or replaced
• Provide onsite training for customer support personnel

Your profile

• Technical Education (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, etc)
• Experience in a similar position as Field Service Technician
• Machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Willing to travel and work at our customers' locations
• Good teamwork and communication skills
