Flowserve SIHI (Belgium) BV is currently looking for a FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN to serve our Benelux customers.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN (m/f)

As a Field Service Technician, you will carry out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work on-site at customers across Benelux, with a particular focus on Belgium.

You will mainly support our mechatronic pumps, e.g. SIHIdry and SIHIboost.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Carrying out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work
• Analysis and fault diagnosis, and resolving faults
• Preparing work reports, such as maintenance reports and commissioning reports
• Participating in on-call / standby service during working hours
• Occasional supporting repair work in the service workshop in Etten-Leur, the Netherlands or supporting other field service technicians within Europe

Profile

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician or electronics technician
• High willingness to travel throughout Benelux, including overnight stays away from home
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• Suitability as a respirator wearer according to G26 II
• Driving license class B
• Dutch, French and English language skills
• Strong quality awareness, independent working style, commitment, high flexibility and resilience, and a strong customer focus
