Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Commissioning: Install, inspect, commission, and start up mechanical and electromechanical equipment at customer sites.

  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment failures, and complete corrective repairs to maximize equipment performance and reliability.

  • Technical Service Execution: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions while utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to support service activities.

  • Customer Support & Communication: Serve as the primary on-site company representative, communicating service findings, recommendations, and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements, maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Complete accurate service reports and documentation, identify additional service opportunities, and provide feedback to internal teams to support product and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Must be located in one of the following metropolitan areas: Chicago, New York, Orlando, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Denver

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred

  • 2+ years of field service, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or related experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read technical drawings and service documentation

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
